PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY VIIEGO CONSULTING GROUP. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services VIIEGO LLC provides consulting and advisory services in the field of Cyber Security Technology Consulting Services. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" basis, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, are the sole property of VIIEGO LLC or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the services without our prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities (a) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account. (b) You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. (c) You acknowledge that any content you submit to the services, including but not limited to text, images, or other materials, will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant VIIEGO LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any form or media.

5. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIIEGO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

6. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflicts of laws principles.

8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and VIIEGO LLC regarding the services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

SMS Privacy Policy

VIIEGO LLC. collects personal information to improve the manner by which we operate, offer our products and services, communicate with you about those products and services, and provide effective, timely customer support when needed. We will never rent or sell any of the personal information we collect from you to third parties, including messaging consent and opt in, and we do not share your personal information except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

VIIEGO Events: Will send messages based on upcoming events, live event updates, reminder communications, announcements, and changes to details that may occur surrounding the event.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
